For Headset Faults & Returns, you can lodge the fault, track and manage it’s progress by following the instructions below.

  1. Go to Addcom

  2. Select Australia & Click Submit

  3. Click Service

  4. Tab on Repairs

  5. Click Lodge a Repair – New Repair

  6. Please fill in the form to lodge a new repair

  7. Please click on ‘Print Form’ & Print 2 copies & attach one print out to the headset needing repair

  8. Click Lodge & Print Repair

  9. A Repair Number is sent to your Email Inbox

With a Faulty Plantronics Headset, you can send it for repair by clicking on the link below. You will be required to create a login and register the product you wish to have repaired.

PRODUCT RETURN PROCESS within EU Plantronics Internet Service Application

Plantronics’ online service application allows you to manage your product return in an easy way.

How does it work?

  • Register yourself online at: https://www.plantronics.com/au/customer/account/login/
  • Register your product(s)
  • Claim your defective product online and receive a postal return label (all postal costs are free of charge for you)
  • Return your defective product(s), (please follow the instructions on the label send to you by email)
  • We will deliver your replacement product(s) as fast as possible at the address of your choice within EU.

Note: Please use a day time delivery address as a signature will be required when receiving the replacement product.
