    Globaltalk provide training for all users of the new communication systems. Your staff will be trained in the relevant features/systems that will be used by the businesses new communications solution. We aim to assist with implementing the best culture and can assist with policies and procedures.

    Refresher training is available for new staff and Train the trainer can be provided. All user guides and video training modules are accessible to your staff. We aim to ensure your get the most out of your new system

    Installations

    Globaltalk provide installation services for Avaya, Samsung 8 x 8 Cloud Communications and Purecloud platforms. Our qualified ICT Engineers and Network Architects are product certified and will ensure the new implementation is pre-programmed, network ready, pre-tested and business ready.

    A pre-installation, pre-programming meeting is held to determine all call flows, groups etc and how the system will work. You will sign off once happy and changes can be made at any time thereafter.

    Globaltalk can design and provide a complete system of structured wiring and associated hardware, which will provide a comprehensive telecommunications infrastructure.
