• RingCentral will be the exclusive provider of UCaaS solutions to Avaya. This new UCaaS solution will be officially called, “Avaya Cloud Office by RingCentral” or “ACO.” ACO will be based on the RingCentral Office platform. We expect ACO to be available in the first quarter of 2020.
