When relocating your business to a new physical address Globaltalk can project manage the telecommunication for you. We’ll relocate your existing system, make sure your new site is network ready, the services are delivered on time (laisse with ISP’s , Telcos) and business continues as normal.

Installations

Globaltalk provides installation services for Avaya, Samsung, and 8×8 Cloud Communications platforms. Our qualified ICT Engineers and Network Architects are product certified and will ensure the new implementation is pre-programmed, network-ready, pre-tested and business ready.

A pre-installation, pre-programming meeting is held to determine all call flows, groups etc and how the system will work. You will sign off once happy and changes can be made at any time thereafter.

Refresher training is available for new staff and Train the trainer can be provided. All user guides and video training modules are accessible to your staff. We aim to ensure you get the most out of your new system. Systems include 8×8, Avaya IP Office and RingCentral.
