The phone system will be pre-programmed and tested before the installation date by GlobalTalk’s accredited technical specialists. Pre-programming the system before installation reduces communication down time and ensures the customer is able to fully utilise the new system immediately.
One of our technical staff will perform a site inspection of your premises prior to installation, ensuring your environment is network ready and the systems can be properly installed.
As part of a successful installation a member of GlobalTalk’s training team will come on site and complete handset training for your staff, making sure your entire organisation is getting the most out of their new system. After Care support is provided on site following the system cut over to ensure you are comfortable using your new system and the associated applications.
Following installation and training, GlobalTalk offers access to our help desk to assist with any further enquiries once the system is live. The team also makes regular back ups of your phone system database for disaster recovery and change control management purposes.

At GlobalTalk we assign a Project Manager for all of our customers relocations and new office installations. Your Project Manager is a single point of contact throughout the whole process. New line connections with our carriage partners, broadband services and all call plans can be managed and arranged for you. If your location is in need of data and telephone cabling, GlobalTalk’s Project Manager can manage that for you as well.
